Application:

Deoxythymidine-5'-triphosphate (dTTP) trisodium is one of the four nucleoside triphosphates used in the synthesis of DNA.. Thymidine-5'-triphosphate trisodium salt is used for the biosynthesis of deoxyribonucleic acid by DNA polymerase and reverse transcriptase.

Description:

dTTP, PCR-grade is supplied as ultrapure aqueous solution (pH 8.5) and suitable for all molecular biology applications including PCR/qPCR, reverse transcription, DNA labeling and DNA sequencing.
